Richard S. Zackin

Richard S. Zackin concentrates his employment law practice in the areas of litigation and client counseling. He has been particularly active in discrimination and wrongful discharge matters and has focused extensively on reduction-in-force and other employment termination related issues. He has also authored articles dealing with some of these more timely issues. Mr. Zackin is listed in Super Lawyers for Employment Litigation: Defense. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey from 1971 - 1975. He received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
Kristin D. Sostowski

Kristin D. Sostowski represents management in employment litigation and has extensive experience defending companies and individuals in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful discharge, tort and contract, and restrictive covenant cases. She regularly counsels employers on various employment and labor law issues, including the development and implementation of employment policies and handbooks, accommodation of employees with disabilities, family and medical leave issues, wage and hour laws, employee terminations, and general employee matters. Ms. Sostowski is also a member of the Gibbons E-Discovery Task Force and has handled all aspects of electronic discovery in employment and commercial litigation matters. She is listed in Super Lawyers Rising Stars for Employment & Labor Law and received her B.A., with high honors, from Swarthmore College and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Carla N. Dorsi devotes the majority of her practice to employment litigation and counseling on behalf of employers. Her experience includes defending wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower and retaliation claims in both state and federal courts, as well as state and federal civil rights agencies. Ms. Dorsi also counsels clients regarding a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including state and federal employment laws such as the FMLA, ADA, and the New Jersey LAD, as well as wage and hour compliance and personnel decisions.
